AIOps Solutions Developer
The role involves designing, developing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) solutions to enhance event management and incident management processes. The candidate will leverage IBM cloud pak for AIOps product to automate and optimize IT operations. Develop and implement AIOps strategies for event correlation and incident resolution. Automate event management workflows using AI-driven insights. Integrate AIOps tools with existing IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms. Monitor and analyze Mainframe IT operations data to identify patterns and anomalies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of AIOps solutions. Provide documentation and training for AIOps tools and processes. Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) and IT Operations management tool (e.g IBM Tivoli Netcool). Background in Mainframe IT operations or/and Mainframe system administration. Strong understanding of AIOps concepts and methodologies. Knowledge of event correlation and incident management processes. Familiarity with Mainframe platform. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with AIOps products (e.g., IBM Cloudpak for AIOps). Certifications in ITIL or related frameworks. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace).
