Overview: Our client, a leading company in the real estate industry, is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.

Act as a primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents.

Support the preparation and organization of meetings, including agenda creation, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items.

Assist with real estate-related documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.

Coordinate with property managers, brokers, vendors, and clients as needed.

Conduct research and prepare data or reports to support decision-making.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and financial information.

Provide general office management support, including supply ordering, file management, and event coordination.

Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the real estate industry or a related professional services field.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience supporting C-level executives strongly preferred.
