The Role

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer to aid in our development efforts in a collaborative team to deliver the next generation of customer authorization solutions supporting Fidelity business applications. This role encourages new perspectives, creative thinking and rewards individuals who are passionate about technology and problem solving. The ideal candidate brings experience developing containerized applications and a familiarity with security concepts. Expertise and Skills You Bring Proficiency in Golang, Java, Spring framework, and/or REST API development Experience implementing policy-based authorization solutions with Open Policy Agent (OPA) Proven experience designing and implementing container-based solutions, preferably Kubernetes on EKS or AKS Adept at communicating technical solutions, risks, and business value to peers and leadership in written, spoken, and presentation form Strong development skills capable of working under minimal direction Dedication to learning new and sophisticated technologies and able to guide others about those technologies The Team

The Workplace Security Services team is part of the Workplace Customer Protection Center of Excellence and supports protecting thousands of employers and millions of participants. The team develops client-facing cybersecurity applications that help us win and retain institutional clients, as well as Authorization, B2B Security and Single Sign-On infrastructure software components that are the backbone for many of Fidelity's web business applications including NetBenefits, PlanSponsor WebStation, and FocusPoint.
