Our client is a reputable commercial general contractor that has been in business for over 100 years. They work across a wide range of commercial sectors. Right now they are rebooting their special projects division which handles their Tenant Improvement and Renovation projects across all sectors - typically these projects are between $500k - $7M in value. The special projects team will be responsible for running faster-paced/smaller projects within the company, managing multiple clients at once. Job Description

10+ years of construction experience 5+ years of project management experience in a commercial GC setting Experience working on hard-bid projects Experience managing fast paced tenant improvement/renovation projects Proven success managing multiple clients and projects at a time Construction related degree strongly preferred What's on Offer
