Recurring Job Responsibilities:

End-to-End US recruitment process Recruitment for contract and permanent positions Resourcing through portals like Dice.com, Monster.com, CareerBuilder, and Techfetch.com Utilizing existing candidate relationships, referrals, and internet sourcing techniques Regular follow-up with internal teams and external vendors Interview scheduling and candidate communication Sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, checking references, updating job boards Understanding job requirements and providing suitable candidate pools within deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in internet sourcing and awareness of IT technologies Manage a team of 5-10 recruiters, ensuring metrics are met weekly and monthly Hands-on recruitment, spending approximately 40% of time on sourcing Maintain quality of submissions Create dashboards and reports for team performance Knowledge of both Commercial and Federal/State business sectors Account Management / Business Development:
