Program Assistant
Do you want to make an impact in underserved communities? The Program Assistant is responsible for answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service while accurately representing program policies and procedures and for a variety of clerical, data processing and support functions for weatherization programs serving hard to reach and vulnerable populations.
Minimum Qualifications :
One year of experience in a professional office environment providing administrative and customer service support
Knowledge with Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Experience in energy efficiency or home construction a plus
Pay Range:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Job Location:
Hybrid- Requires 1x a week in the Santa Fe Springs, CA office.
