Project Manager
to support our WiFi Product team in Denver. This role is integral to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives and roadmap items, requiring a proactive leader who can manage cross-functional teams, drive execution, and ensure alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Actively and consistently support efforts to simplify and enhance team operations through adherence to processes, standards, and the definition of new best practices. Own product lifecycle management tasks from roadmap approval to program closeout. Manage end-to-end project documentation and communication including: Project plans RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Drive integration of multiple projects; adjust scope, timelines, and budgets as needed. Partner with other project managers to ensure overall program alignment. Mentor product owners and project leaders, promoting project management best practices. Lead planning and team task assignments, track project dependencies, and manage escalation paths. Ensure timely delivery of all projects within the program portfolio to meet strategic business goals. Manage the full lifecycle of program design, development, and implementation. Support additional initiatives as directed to align with WiFi Product team objectives. Required Qualifications: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. Demonstrated capability in defining and tracking KPIs/metrics. Analytical mindset with experience interpreting complex data sets. Experience managing large, diverse, and strategic projects with enterprise-level impact. Expertise in mapping project plans, critical paths, and dependencies. Solid understanding of program and project budgeting. Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies. Familiarity with JIRA concepts and workflows. Proficiency in Microsoft Project is preferred. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus. Telecom is highly preferred Seniority level
