You will create a welcoming, organized space where patients and families feel valued and informed. You will use clear, compassionate communication and attention to detail to keep the unit running smoothly and caring for others like family – one shift at a time.Your responsibilities will include:Greeting and guiding patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, offering updates, and ensuring they feel informed and supportedMaintaining patient records accurately, entering physician orders, and protecting patient informationHandling all communications between incoming calls and care team members promptly and clearly to keep the unit connectedKeeping the environment clean, organized, and well-stocked to promote safety and comfortTaking initiative to solve challenges, support daily operations, and foster a culture of respect and teamworkWhat qualifications you will need:Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateNo Travel Required1 years experience Required Years of ExperienceHCA HealthONE, one of the largest and most comprehensive healthcare systems in the Rocky Mountain region, offers more than 170 care sites in the Denver metro area.
