Insight Global's Fortune 500 client is seeking a Scrum Master for their Mumbai team. This person will be responsible for facilitating daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings. They will remove obstacles and ensure the team is focused on continuous improvement.
What you will do
Facilitation: Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
Coaching: Coach the team in Agile practices and ensure adherence to Agile principles. Train and mentor team members as needed.
Impediment Removal: Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.
Collaboration: Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity in project goals.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement practices within the team and throughout the organization.
Metrics: Track and communicate team velocity and other key metrics to stakeholders.
Support: Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible.
Backlog Management: Assist with backlog maintenance and ensure the team is working on the highest priority items.
Problem-Solving: Facilitate creative solutions to complex problems.
Communication: Ensure clear communication across teams, promoting collaboration and information sharing.
