AS THE DEPARTMENT SECRETARY/SCHEDULING CLERK , You will provide support for the PHD Surgery Center and acts as a liaison between the DuBois Surgery Center and Physicians and their offices, as well as other departments within the hospital. You will also be responsible for scheduling procedures for the DuBois Surgery Center.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or Equivilent required. Associates Degree in related field or Certification in Specialized Secretarial program preferred 3 years secretarial experience required Typing and computer skills and familiarity with medical terminology required CPR Certification through the American Heart Association required within 6 months of start date WHAT WE OFFER:
