General Statement of Duties/Responsibilities:
Reception duties: answering telephones, taking/distributing messages, greeting office guests, answering questions, and directing to the proper individual(s). General office duties, such as filing, copying, scanning, data entry, and campus delivery. Other administrative duties or special projects as assigned. Requirements:
Experience:
Professional and friendly demeanor Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel) Willingness to learn Experience in an office environment is helpful but not required Must be a federal work study recipient. Non-nursing students preferred
