Cloud Systems Administrator
We are seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator with strong experience in hybrid and cloud-first environments. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure while ensuring seamless integration with on-premises systems. You'll play a critical role in maintaining secure, scalable, and resilient platforms that support business operations. Key Responsibilities: Administer and support cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including compute, storage, and identity services. Implement and manage hybrid infrastructure, connecting on-prem systems with cloud solutions. Maintain Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity management services. Automate provisioning, monitoring, and scaling using scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash, or Python). Ensure system reliability through monitoring, patching, and disaster recovery planning. Apply security best practices, including IAM policies, RBAC, encryption, and compliance standards. Collaborate with DevOps, networking, and security teams to support modern deployments. Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and architectural designs. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in systems administration with at least 2+ years in cloud administration. Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS (compute, networking, storage, IAM). Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and hybrid cloud infrastructure. Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Splunk, etc.).
