Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Analog IC Design Engineer to oversee complex analog block and full-chip schematics, contribute to high-level layout strategies, and develop high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits using cutting-edge CMOS/BiCMOS processes for high-performance mixed-signal SoCs. Responsibilities include: Overseeing complex analog schematics and contributing to layout strategies. Developing and integrating high-speed analog/mixed-signal circuits. Communicating requirements and resolving design issues with team members. Performing design, simulation, modeling, analysis, and documentation of ICs. Translating system specifications into IC design parameters. Testing and troubleshooting analog IC designs. Collaborating with layout engineers and team members to meet project timelines. Minimum Requirements
MSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 14+ years of experience in RF and analog IC design. Proven leadership in guiding full-chip and complex analog macro development. Strong understanding of CMOS and BiCMOS technologies, RF principles, and analog circuit design. Experience with design tools such as Cadence Analog Artist, Virtuoso, MATLAB, Verilog-AMS. Must be a U.S. citizen or hold permanent resident status. Additional Information
