You'll support and optimize automated equipment programs that drive precision fabrication, ensuring every truck body part is made with speed, accuracy, and reliability. Partnering closely with production and maintenance teams, you'll troubleshoot issues quickly, implement software and program upgrades, and streamline automation workflowsminimizing downtime and maximizing output. Automation Programming
Set up and fine-tune CNC press brakes, laser cutting systems, and robotic welding systems Safety First, Always
Champion a culture of safety by following and reinforcing all company-wide safety standards Quality
Refine programs and tooling, to continually improve the quality of our products Blueprint to Reality
Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders with confidence and accuracy Own the Uptime
Design and roll out TPM and preventive maintenance plans to keep machines running like clockwork Stock Smarter
Identify critical spare parts and build a proactive stocking strategy to minimize downtime Lead by Example
Share your knowledge and mentor team members through hands-on training and support 5S
Layout and organize work-centers, to create a safer and more efficient work environment Built to Move
Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting (up to 35 lbs), standing, bending, squatting, and reaching throughout the shift What You Bring to the Table: Programming-Savvy
Program and troubleshoot advanced CNC and robotic fabrication equipment like press brakes and laser cutters with confidence and precision Equipment Experience
Familiar with Fanuc robots, fiber laser cutting systems, automated press brakes Process Expertise
Must have strong experience with welding, laser cutting, and forming processes Precision Obsessed
Accurately measure and inspect parts using calipers, tape measures, and blueprints to ensure flawless quality Tech at Your Fingertips
Use computer interfaces to fine-tune and optimize high-precision machinery for peak performance Problem Solver

Collaborate with OEM technicians to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues remotely Material-Smart
