Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Hospice Aide

to join our team in the Boone (Watauga) areas and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families. As a CNA with our hospice team, youll play a vital role in providing hands-on care and comfort to those at the end of life. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Case Manager and Clinical Manager, youll ensure that patients receive compassionate, high-quality support in the comfort of their own homes. What Youll Do: Deliver personal care services including bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene. Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, and respiration). Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients. Ensure proper nutrition and hydration, including meal preparation and feeding assistance. Observe and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team. Apply safety principles and proper body mechanics when assisting with mobility. Respond appropriately to emergency situations and follow established procedures. What You Bring: Active

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

or

Home Health Aide

certification in North Carolina. At least

1 year of experience

providing personal care (hospice or home health experience preferred). A compassionate and patient-focused mindset. Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
