Job Summary
Performs administrative and office support activities. To perform this job successfully, an individual shall be friendly, professional and helpful. He / she shall have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, procedures and equipment within an office setting environment.
Essential Duties & Functions • Answer phone, take accurate messages and transfer phone calls to appropriate person/department in an efficient manner • Create error-free documents, emails, spreadsheets, charts and graphs, PowerPoint presentations as needed or requested by supervisor/manager • Schedule meetings/appointments as requested by supervisor/manager • Handle inquiries from the public and provide general information related to the company • Provide excellent customer service to visitors including but not limited to vendors and customers and direct them to the appropriate party or communicate information in a professional manner • Assist in organizing employee event, company/meeting luncheons and other company events as assigned • Maintain neat work area and contact appropriate maintenance services for preventive maintenance and service on office facility and/or equipment as needed • Assist on administrative tasks, as well as overflow work from department and management as needed and perform all other clerical duties as assigned • Engage and retain high-performance standards and elevate level of responsibility and performance
