Business Analyst
to support a
Pharmaceutical Sciences Technology Consulting Project , focusing on the implementation of
Dotmatics ELN ,
Luma lab connect IDC , and
global sample management capabilities . The role requires expertise in
small molecule development workflows
and
Dotmatics ELN template development , with the ability to translate
scientific needs into Agile user stories and requirements . Key Responsibilities Collaborate with
lab scientists, Dotmatics teams, testing, and ontology groups
to map workflows and define ELN requirements. Develop and refine
user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scripts
for Dotmatics ELN and integrations. Address
user feedback and system improvements , ensuring ELN templates align with project goals. Act as a
liaison between scientific stakeholders and developers , refining and prioritizing development tasks. Identify
scope changes or risks
and escalate as needed. Qualifications Bachelors degree in
Life Sciences, Computational Sciences , or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience
in
business analysis or scientific roles
within the
Life Sciences industry . Strong understanding of
small molecule pharmaceutical development
(Process Chemistry, Formulations, Analytical Development). Hands-on experience with
Dotmatics ELN (required) . Proficiency in
Agile methodologies, JIRA, and test script development . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with
data management, system integrations, and Pharmaceutical Development ontologies . Technical proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, and SmartSheets . Seniority level
