ARM Software Engineer Scottsdale, AZ Contract Position Pay Estimated: $69.21-$74.21/Hour This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors, (geographical location, etc.) Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. Responsibilities: Design and develop
high-quality software for ARM-based systems
Develop and maintain
Board Support Packages (BSP)
for new
FPGA-based hardware
Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across hardware and software interfaces
Collaborate in a
cross-disciplinary team
of engineers to develop and deploy embedded solutions
Contribute to
integration, validation, and bring-up efforts
for new hardware platforms
Operate in a
dynamic Agile environment
focused on continuous delivery and innovation
Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law Bachelors degree
in Software Engineering or a related
STEM field (Masters degree accepted with fewer years of experience)
5+ years
of embedded software development experience (or 3+ years with a Masters)
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
Expertise in: ARM architecture and development
Embedded Linux and PetaLinux
AMD Vitis toolset
Make-based build systems
C/C++ programming
Board Support Package (BSP) development
Experience with
x86 architecture
(preferred)
Familiarity with
IPMI protocol
(bonus)
Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record delivering
high-quality embedded software
Experience mentoring or guiding
junior developers
Strong interest in
emerging technologies and hardware platforms
Agile software development experience is preferred
Onsite work or travel may be required depending on project needs
