Responsibilities include: Supporting project prioritization and planning Mentoring junior team members Providing technical expertise in Packaging and Dosing Equipment Designing and developing solutions for technical problems Maintaining technical documentation and drawings Ensuring quality within the QMS Skills required: Degree in Engineering (MR, PackagingE, ChemE); Masters preferred 5-8 years experience in a similar role Knowledge of packaging development, design for injection molding, and sustainability Experience with data analysis and project management Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks) and PLM systems Excellent communication skills in English This role is primarily on-site in Fort Mill, with a 70/30 project engineering to design split.
