Location: Clearwater, Florida (33762) About the Role
Are you a skilled welder and fabricator looking to join a team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and a laid-back work culture? In this role, you'll be responsible for fabricating components using various welding techniques, assembling structures, and ensuring top-tier quality in every piece you produce. Shifts Available: 1st - 6am-4:30pm 2nd - 4pm-2:30am -Mon-Thurs -Fri is an OT day or a make up day Responsibilities
Fabricate components using TIG welding and other techniques based on engineering drawings and specifications. Assemble parts into larger structures with precision alignment and fit. Inspect finished workpieces to ensure they meet quality standards, making adjustments as needed. Maintain welding equipment to ensure peak performance. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet production goals and resolve fabrication challenges. Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and quality control measures. Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience. TIG welding expertise (required). Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills. Fabrication experience with stainless steel sheet metal, pipe, and tubing. Comfortable working with materials from 18 gauge up to 1/4 inch thick. Must have basic tools and welding gear (30-day grace period to acquire if needed). MIG welding experience is a strong plus. Why You'll Love Working Here

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
