At
Sage Mountain Senior Living , an Agemark community, the Front Desk is the heart of first impressions. As the first person residents, families, and visitors meet, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and organized environment. We're looking for a positive, customer-focused individual who enjoys connecting with others while helping the community run smoothly. What You'll Do
Answer phone calls promptly and ensure smooth communication by transferring or taking messages. Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism. Provide information on room availability, conduct tours, and maintain the green card tracking system. Support residents, families, and staff by coordinating services and solving problems. Assist with clerical duties and be familiar with MS Office. Keep the front desk, lobby, time clock area, and bathrooms neat and welcoming. Manage the lobby snack area to ensure it's stocked and clean. Assist with resident transportation when needed and complete defensive driving annually. Work a flexible schedule, including some weekends as needed. Follow company policies as outlined in the employee handbook. Perks & Benefits
