Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Textiles, Materials Science, Fashion Design). 12 years of industry experience in textile or trim development. Familiarity with product development calendars and processes. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Collaborative and adaptable, with a growth mindset. Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment. Your Mission

This entry-level role supports the Director of Performance Materials and offers hands-on experience in fabric and trim development. Youll gain exposure to the tools, processes, and systems used by a global materials team, while contributing to the development of innovative, high-performance materials. This role is part of a passionate, innovative team shaping the future of performance materials. Key Responsibilities: Support seasonal development workflows and material tracking tools. Assist in communication with global suppliers and cross-functional teams. Learn about sustainability, cost, and performance considerations in material selection. Maintain and organize the Boston-based Material Library. Participate in team meetings and supplier interactions. Contribute to trend research, competitive analysis, and presentation development. Provide administrative support to the Material Development team.
