Nursing Home Administrator (NHA-
you must have a current NHA License from the State of Michigan)

Key Responsibilities: Lead the facility's daily operations to ensure the highest standard of care. Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. Serve as the primary representative for the facility when engaging with external agencies, including government entities and third-party payers. Foster clear and consistent communication with residents, families, and staff. Develop and implement corrective action plans following survey inspections. Cultivate a strong public relations program that benefits the facility and the local community. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with medical professionals and other healthcare organizations. Education & Qualifications:
Active State of Michigan Nursing Home Administrator License (required). 5 years of skilled nursing facility experience. Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration (preferred).
