We welcome people who have a passion for ingenuity, perseverance, and pride, and who love innovation and the satisfaction of knowing their work matters.4 positions on A shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm; Monday - Thursday1 position on C-Shift: 5:00am - 5:00pm: Friday - Sunday (12% shift differential)2 positions on D shift: 5:00pm - 5:00am: Friday - Sunday (15% shift differential)Duties:Works in all activities of the paint departmentSupport delivery schedules while maximizing productivitySet-up equipment: prepare powder, fire oven, adjust equipment settings for quality, etc.Primary forklift driver for the departmentPerform all other duties as assignedQualificationsRequirements:•Effective communication and planning skills are required•Standing, walking, sitting, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls•This job requires that the employee occasionally bend, twist, reach•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs•Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsPreferred:Powder Coat experience is a plusHigh school diploma or G.E.D. preferredForklift experience a plusWork Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
