An insight global client is looking for a Principal Engineer to join their Atlanta based engineering and product team. The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for technical leadership for a frontend application that is present in all of the client retail store locations. As a principal engineer, main duties include design technical solutions, mentoring staff and junior level developers, providing technical direction ect.
Compensation: $80/hr to $90/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

- Experience as a frontend focused solution architect or principal software engineer (Frontend architect level background)
Angular OR react
Scripting language - javascript/typescipt
Exposure and work with java, spring, springboot on the backend
- Experience building large scale frontend applications
- Experience with Progressive web apps
- Experience with Microfrontends
Background in both Mobile and web developmen
