Perform comprehensive data integrity assessments across different datasets and systems. Conduct data cleaning activities to rectify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and duplications. Engage in direct outreach to colleagues requesting they address data issues. Develop and implement data quality rules, standards, and processes. Collaborate with data owners, IT, and other stakeholders to align on data governance practices. Document data quality issues and remediation actions taken. Provide regular progress reports and data quality metrics to project leaders. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or a related role. Strong Excel skills. Experience with data integrity and data cleaning processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience managing multiple priorities. Experience handling conflict and difficult situations. Strong communication skills to convey complex data issues to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Passion for Data Integrity and Data Quality initiatives. Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of land or real estate contracts. Prior experience with cleansing/auditing customer billing or payments data. Experience working in the energy sector or with energy-related data. The pay range is based on the lowest to highest compensation we believe we would pay at posting for this role. The actual pay may be more or less and is based on factors like education, experience, skills, and business needs. This range may be updated in the future. Salaried personnel receive paid time off; hourly employees' eligibility varies. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until earned, vested, and determinable.
