Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and resolve operational issues with shrink wrap and bundling machinery both in-house and at customer sites. Install and start up systems, integrating with other OEM equipment in the field. Train personnel on setup, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. Perform mechanical and electrical modifications, including PLC programming, kit installations, and servo reconfigurations. Report on machine/system installations, warranty repairs, performance, and improvement opportunities. Maintain accurate and timely expense and time reports. Coordinate daily with the service team to ensure field issues are resolved efficiently and approved by customers. Benefits

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience repairing and troubleshooting packaging equipment, including extensive Allen-Bradley PLC, servo, and HMI programming. Preferred: 2-year degree or certification in Industrial Automation or Electronics. Experience with Allen Bradley, Emerson, HMIs, and temperature controllers. Previous experience with packaging and conveyor systems preferred. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 90%, including weekends as needed. Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic knowledge, and excellent communication skills. About Texwrap
