Job Title
Responsibilities Collaborates with management team, and program staff to design, develop, and deliver a wide range of learning programs to members and other external stakeholders (Union labor-management teams, institutions) using diverse delivery methods, including instructor-led-trainings, e-learning, hybrid programs, webinars. Develops a range of learning/instructional support materials, including curriculum, eLearning courses, facilitator guides, PowerPoint presentations, and handouts based on adult learning and instructional design principles. Utilizes innovative learning methodologies to increase learner engagement. Facilitates the delivery of a wide range of learning opportunities at different levels. Utilizes adult learning principles to engage participants and maximize learning. Develops appropriate instruments to evaluate and assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc. Evaluates and documents impact and results of learning programs; gathers and collates qualitative and quantitative data from participants. Identifies internal staff training gaps and communicates priorities to the Funds' central Organization Development, Talent, and Learning (ODTL) department for curriculum development and facilitation of training courses to internal staff. Provides input to ODTL on curriculum needs and may assist with certain parts of training program as subject matter experts, as requested by ODTL. Provides logistical support for internal staff training e.g., scheduling, communication, etc. Partners with ODTL department on the delivery of specific TEF learning programs for internal staff such as MY TEF Systems User training, Work of TEF history overview for new and existing staff. Performs additional duties and projects as assigned by leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Instructional Technologies, or related field. Minimum four (4) years' equivalent work-related experience required. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills and at least three years' experience in a similar position working with diverse adult learners. Intermediate skill level in Office 365 including One Drive, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in learning cloud-based software and application, designing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning program for different users' groups. Strong knowledge of instructional technology; experience with an LMS required; experience with Adobe Captivate or any other authoring tool used for creating eLearning content a plus. Effective relationship-building and strong customer service skills required. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines required. Strong time management, organizational, problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to training delivery required.
