Infrastructure Architect
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure, focusing on Azure virtual environments, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Microsoft SQL databases, and local on-premises infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a proactive attitude to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of both cloud and local systems. Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage virtual environments in Azure, including virtual machines, networking, and storage. Manage and maintain VDI environments to ensure seamless remote access and secure desktop experiences for users. Troubleshoot VDI performance issues and optimize virtual desktop deployments. Implement and enforce security measures for remote desktop services and user access. Manage database backups, disaster recovery plans, and data integrity measures. Develop, maintain, and test backup and disaster recovery strategies for both cloud and local environments. Ensure that critical systems and data are backed up and can be restored quickly in case of failure. Provide Level 3 support for complex IT issues related to Azure, VDI, SQL, and local infrastructure. Lead incident response efforts and resolve escalated technical issues. Work closely with IT teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient issue resolution. Manage physical and virtual server environments, including patching, updates, and security hardening. Additional Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing IT systems and security. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of experience in system administration with a focus on cloud and on-prem infrastructure. Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including managing virtual machines, storage, and networking. Experience with VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) deployment and management. Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server administration, tuning, and security. Deep understanding of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and network management. Hands-on experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies. What We Offer

Base Salary Range
$115,000 $125,000 (compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience that may fall outside of the range listed). Bonus Eligible
