Salary:
$85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design, program, and implement control systems including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and MES. Lead automation projects from concept through commissioning while managing project timelines and budgets. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues ensuring all systems and components meet established specifications and regulatory standards. Supervise junior engineers, overseeing their work and providing guidance to ensure project success. Manage customer relationships effectively, ensuring communication of project status and cultivating lasting partnerships. Provide onsite and remote technical support, aiding customers with system malfunctions and downtime. Ensure compliance with NEC codes and UL508A standards in all designs and implementations. Minimum Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in industrial automation systems. Demonstrated experience with PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi). Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong proficiency in troubleshooting and technical problem solving. Ability to travel locally up to 20% for site visits and project supervision. Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced certification in project management or control systems design. Experience in network design and implementation within industrial settings. Expertise in robotics programming and implementation in production environments. Prior leadership experience or formal supervisory roles. Strong communication and customer service skills, with an ability to handle critical customer situations with professionalism. Skills:
