Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day construction activities Coordinate RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders Maintain project documentation, logs, and schedules Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants Support quality control and safety compliance Attend OAC and field coordination meetings Track materials, deliveries, and installation progress Participate in punch list and closeout procedures MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (required) 0-3 years of relevant experience in commercial construction (internships count!) Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office (or similar platforms) Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Authorized to work in the U.S.; valid driver's license preferred What's on Offer
