## Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Personal Lines Account Manager** to join our dynamic and inclusive team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing tailored solutions to their insurance needs. As part of our commitment to excellence, you will leverage your skills in account management and expertise in AMS 360 to deliver exceptional service. ## Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients by providing outstanding consultative service and timely communication. Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring client retention and satisfaction. Handle the day-to-day servicing of personal lines policies, including renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims assistance. Leverage your proficiency in AMS 360 to manage client data, policies, and account records accurately and efficiently. Assess client needs and recommend appropriate standard personal lines insurance solutions. Collaborate with underwriters, carriers, and other team members to secure competitive rates and coverage. Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and regulations to ensure clients receive the best possible service. Uphold and promote the organizations values of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all interactions both internally and externally.
## Qualifications
Proven experience in an account management role, with a focus on personal lines insurance. Proficiency in using AMS 360 or comparable agency management systems. Strong knowledge of standard personal lines insurance products and principles. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to providing high-quality service to a diverse client base. Relevant insurance licenses as required by state regulations (e.g., Property and Casualty License). Proactive attitude, detail orientation, and a demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively.
