Job Summary
As a Early Childhood Education Teacher at Sunshine Academy, you'll help care for little ones. You'll provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development of each child.
Responsibilities
Create and implement lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to development levels, utilizing a comprehensive and hands - on curriculum Document learning experience through displays and pictures Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basis Maintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment for students Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment Qualifications
Must Pass Level II Background Screening Strong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels with speaking to parents Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality Shows initiative; strong work ethic Eagerness to Learn Reliable and Ready to Make a Difference Lead Teacher
Provide a 45 hour DCF Transcript Child Development Associate (CDA), Equivalent, or Formal Education CPR and First Aid Minimum of 2 Year Experience in Early Childhood Education
