Currently, we are searching for an Albuquerque based Sales Representative for a leading local stone fabricator that partners with Costco to deliver high-quality countertop solutions to homeowners. This is an in-store, customer-facing sales role ideal for someone who understands stone surfaces and enjoys helping customers find the right fit for their home renovation projects.
The primary responsibility is to engage with walk-in Costco customers and convert interest into measurable sales - all while representing one of the top stone fabricators in the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage and educate Costco members about available countertop options, including quartz, granite, and other stone materials Qualify customers and schedule in-home consultations or measurements Track and follow up on leads to ensure strong conversion rates Maintain in-store displays and product knowledge to ensure accurate representation of offerings Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate expectations REQUIREMENTS
1+ year experience in retail or showroom sales (stone or home improvement preferred) Knowledge of stone countertops and fabrication/installation process a plus Able to work independently and represent the company professionally Comfortable using email and basic tracking tools to manage pipeline and follow-ups COMPENSATION
Base pay
= $20-$25/hour Commission
= bonus based on closed countertop sales (average performers earn $5,000-$15,000+/year) Estimated Total Comp
= $45,000-$65,000+/year depending on experience and sales Full benefits package
