Find out more by visiting www.vensure.com .Position SummaryThe Sales Operations Specialist provides the necessary guidance to the field sales team and becomes the point of reference on all deal flow, system, and process matters. Responsible for owning multiple assigned processes or systems with the expectation to constantly work to maximize effectiveness. Responsible for the movement and success of the sales teams' deals, systems, and other assigned tasks. As an individual contributor the expectation is to help the organization by creating and owning improvements that impact multiple departments and teams. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork as the point of reference for multiple departments across organization as the operational expert of assigned processes or systemsProcess all assigned cases/tickets with accuracy and timelinessEnsure adherence to guidelines, processes and policiesOwn assigned processes or systemsOwn and create processes to create efficiencies within the organizationConstantly work to create a positive impact on organizationMonitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements to LeadershipProvide training to new Business Consultants and Leadership on sales process and systemsOther ad hoc projects and tasks as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent computer skills, especially the Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe EditorSharePoint (or similar)DocuSign (or similar)CRM systems, ClientSpace and Salesforce experience is a plusTime Management skills is a mustProficiency with communicating in EnglishWell-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA team player with high level of dedicationEducation & ExperienceExperience in sales administration, experience as a sales coordinator, sales operations specialist, or in other administrative positionsUndergraduate degree in business administration or relevant field is also considered a plus
