The Business Analyst / Digital Product Specialist will play a key role in driving iMBrandeds

digital

innovation projects from idea to implementation. This hybrid position combines the analytical expertise of a Business Analyst with the delivery focus of a Product Owner. The ideal candidate will help document and prioritize requirements, support the development team, test new functionalities, and ensure successful rollout and adoption among users. This is a hands-on role in a small, fast-paced team, where you will take on multiple responsibilities: analysis, light product ownership, quality assurance, and training support. Youll help speed up execution while maintaining focus on business value. This position focuses on software applications, integrations, and digital tools and reports directly to the Director of Innovation. Key Responsibilities: Requirements & Analysis Gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements across teams, with a focus on operations and sales processes. Translate business needs into clear

user stories , process flows, and acceptance criteria. Backlog & Delivery Support Partner with the Director of Innovation to prioritize the

backlog . Act as the day-to-day bridge between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clarity and progress. Support

sprint planning

and track progress using Atlassian

Jira . Quality Assurance & Testing Perform hands-on testing of new

features

and updates each

sprint . Validate functionality and ensure readiness for

release . Document

findings

and coordinate

fixes

with the technical team. Training & Rollout Create simple, clear training notes and guides for users. Conduct short training sessions with end users during

rollout . Act as support during

adoption . Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong

relationships

with sales managers, designers, and project managers. Communicate

status

updates

and gather

feedback

on new releases. Experience & Skills: Required: 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Specialist, or similar role (internships and academic projects may be considered). Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics, or Sage) and CRM (ideally Salesforce). Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira. Demonstrated ability to create requirement documents, user stories, and process maps. Hands-on experience with software testing or user acceptance testing. Strong communication skills, able to explain technical changes to non-technical users. Self-motivated and resourceful, comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team. Nice to have: Agile or Scrum experience (certification a plus). Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Figma, or Canva for documentation and training materials. Experience with Generative AI tools and their application in process improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business-related field. Ability to work on-site four days per week with one day remote.
