PJS offers customized travel itineraries 24/7 to any destination. Position Summary
The Concierge oversees passenger welfare on all aspects of Part 121 flights, coordinating catering, commissary, manifests, gate and boarding procedures, passenger identification, and flight services. Fly as Concierge on designated NHL team(s). Staff all appropriate 121 flights with PJS representation. Monitor and approve travel budgets and plans prior to VP approval. Assist in maintaining the 121-staffing schedule, working closely with the VP. Monitor aircraft and crew schedules to ensure adherence to the teams schedule. Perform quality control with customs, handling, security, and other operational aspects. Assume main Concierge duties for VVIP charters as needed. Be on call 24/7 for staffing support. Coordinate with Business Development for trip requirements. Work with the VP on all 121 operations including VVIP, large groups, NCAA, ad hoc, and ACMI. Source 121 operators as needed. Assist Account Management with approvals as directed by the VP.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to manage multiple duties and tasks. Proficient in Word, Excel, and flight operating systems. Available on weekends and nights for after-hours calls. Act as an ambassador of the PJS brand and foster company culture. Manage demanding high-end clients with discretion. Self-driven with initiative. Highly organized with attention to detail. Maintain confidentiality and discretion. Knowledge of PCSSP or AOSSP security programs.
Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Inflight experience with 121 (commercial) or 135/91 (private) operations.
Schedule & Travel
Travel up to 80%. Full-time exempt (FLSA). Lift up to 75 lbs. May require DOT drug testing.
