Under the direction of the Director of Finance & Controller, the analyst will support and manage various financial analysis and reporting tasks. This includes completing month-end procedures (journal entries, reconciliations, etc.), preparing and reviewing financial reports and analyses, assisting with audit procedures and budget processes, and handling various ad-hoc requests. The candidate will work closely with the finance team, other business units, and external stakeholders. Benefit Highlights

Remote Requirements: Candidate must be located within the Reno, NV region Ability to travel up to 50% within Nevada Qualifications & Requirements B.A. in Accounting or Finance, or eight+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Strong financial analysis, organization, and attention to detail Ability to drive performance and improve processes Health plan experience preferred Advanced Excel skills Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written Excellent analytical, quantitative, and computer skills Ability to identify financial improvement opportunities and implement impactful initiatives Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly Effective project management and multitasking abilities High energy and positive attitude to promote productive teamwork EEO Statement
