Facility and Unit Information Facility Name: Highpoint Health - Sumner Floor: A6 Trauma Level: 3 Department/Cost Center: 16750 Specialty: Ortho, Post Operative, Med/Surg Number of Beds: 23 Patient Ratios: 4-6:1 Electronic Health Records: Meditech Supervisor: Suzanna Jones Position Information Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Shift: 7P - 7A Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Hours: As Needed/Every third weekend Call Requirements: None Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year Float Requirements: As Needed/Must be willing to float Hiring Profile Must Have Skills/Experience: Highly motivated, teamwork, customer service Preferred Skillset/Experience: Good assessment skills Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Post-operative joints, post-op bariatric, postoperative GI, trauma patients Personality Fit: Hardworking, willing to ask questions when in doubt, kind and compassionate Required Education: ASN RN; Certification/Licensure to work as an RN in Tennessee Dress Code Scrub Color: Any Any unacceptable attire: T-shirts must say hospital logo.
