Pay Information $2,256 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor & Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 24 months minimum of current Labor Delivery experience required License: Active license required Certifications: ACLS (AHA), AFM, NRP, BLS (AHA) Must-Have: No license hits Description: Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered. Please include a copy of the driver's license in the submission. All locations must be vetted with the candidates and include all experienced departments they are willing to work in. This will help expedite the presentation of candidates as orders open and close quickly. This form must be 100% accurate and include all requests noted in the highlights section. Start date should align closely with the order start date listed. All requested time off must be listed and should not exceed seven days. Requested time off will not be approved in the first week of the assignment or during holidays. All facilities the candidate is open to working in should be listed. If interested in any location, please specify the states (e.g., Any AZ, Any CO, Any state, etc.). All shifts the candidate is open to working should be listed. All departments the candidate is open to working must be checked on the form. Candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. Please notify if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Candidates must have 24 months of current Labor Delivery experience required. Certifications must be active upon submission and included. No license hits are required. Specific background requirements must be adhered to and attested to. Travel experience is preferred. Profile requirements include a complete cover page, resume with all relevant facilities and units listed, and a skills checklist specific to the discipline. The skills checklist must be less than a year old. Active license verification must be less than 30 days old. All certifications must be active at the time of submission. An on-call schedule will be determined by the facility.
