Contracts & Program Coordinator

Draft, review, and maintain contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, NDAs, and compliance forms. Track and update contract modifications, funding values, obligations, and periods of performance. Maintain deliverables trackers, "shall" matrices, and compliance reports to ensure all requirements are met. Prepare contractual correspondence such as limitation of funds notices, CPARS input forms, and government-required notifications. Ensure compliance with FAR/GSAR clauses, Executive Orders, OCI requirements, and other regulatory obligations. Coordinate with Contracting Officers, CORs, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues. Program Coordination
Provide operational support for multiple contracts, including monitoring timesheet compliance, CPARS documentation, and deliverables. Support Performance Management Reviews (PMRs) by gathering inputs, preparing reports, and tracking action items. Partner with HR on staffing needs tied to contracts, such as candidate tracking or interview coordination. Track program budgets, expenditures, and financial administration in alignment with contract requirements. Organize logistics for workshops, meetings, and program reviews, including scheduling, agendas, and materials. Administrative & Communication Support
Maintain organized records of contracts and program documentation in SharePoint, Teams, and internal systems. Draft and prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for leadership and client stakeholders. Support onboarding of new employees and maintain certification/re-certification tracking. Facilitate communication across contracts, HR, and program teams to ensure smooth operations. Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of federal contracts administration, compliance, and program management support. Hands-on experience with CPARS, PMRs, and contract deliverables. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and project tracking tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computational & Data Science (or in Business, Communications, or a related field) Experience in contracts administration and/or program coordination, including support of federal contracting activities.
