Warehouse Clerk I

As a Warehouse Clerk I, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that life-saving medical devices reach the people who need them. This warehouse professional supports inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and continuous improvement in a regulated environment where quality and safety are paramount. The schedule for this position is 1st shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm. Compensation: Base hourly rate: $21.25/hr + Quarterly Operations Incentive bonus + PTO - 4 weeks / year + Paid holidays - 10 / year + 401(k) with up to 6% match + Comprehensive benefits plan, including medical, dental, vision, and more + Fully subsidized Bachelors degree programs paid up front! + Paid family, medical, and parental leave Key Responsibilities: Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse. Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting. Follows shipping practices and procedures, and transportation routing, schedules and requirements. Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment. (un)packs or (un)wraps items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc. Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logs receipt of items on system, processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents; reports materials shipped and bills of lading; posts weight and shipping charges and routes merchandise to destinations. Nice to Haves: Relevant warehouse, logistics, cycle counting, shipping and receiving or inventory control experience. Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and warehouse management systems (WMS) Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
