Description
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions that drive data-driven decision-making. You will work with a variety of stakeholders in the organization to utilize and analyze our business systems' data. You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing BI solutions that provide valuable insights into our commercial distribution operations, sales performance, inventory management, project management and customer behavior.
The role requires that you have a strong technical knowledge of database and business intelligence design. You will need to be able to transform data from multiple sources into actionable output in the form of dashboards, reporting, and data models to ensure data-driven decisions are a daily part of how we operate.

Qualifications and Requirements
Collaborate with various business units (Sales, Operations, Finance, Project Management) to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements for BI initiatives. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new BI tools and technologies. Work closely with BI developers and third party providers to design and optimize data models for various reporting, dashboard creation, and other visualizations using BI tools. Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize BI tools and interpret data. Have expertise in SQL for database management, querying, and data manipulation. Have expertise in Power BI (or equivalent software) and dashboard creation, including the ability to produce advanced visualizations. 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong emphasis on BI solutions is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred. Benefits:
