24 months minimum of current PICU experience - REQUIRED
Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
Flu vaccination - declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes** Travel experience - Preferred
Shift Notes: 7:00AM - 7:30PM/36 hours scheduled/24 hours guaranteed/facility is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experienced
Weekend Requirements:
Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
On Call Requirements:
