Application Consultant - API Developer Remote Work - but will need to be available to come onsite as needed 12+ Months (Possible Extension) Local to TN Needed Details:- We are looking for an experienced API Developer for the DevOps Team Hybrid: Remote position Technologies and Duties API Development 85% Jira documentation work 15% Skills: Java, Maven, Jenkins or Tekton, JBoss Jira RDBMS experience Redhat / Redhat Openshfit & 3Scale CI/CD RESTful Service APIs Bitbucket (GIT) Red, Confluence, Kubernetes Good communication within an Agile environment with confidence to provide input during remote meeting Knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand development team needs Familiar with common development practices, Service oriented environments, and Agile practices Generate new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help innovation and continuous Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences Exhibit excellent problem solving and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives Must be able to communicate clearly and work well with a team of developers, testers, business analyst, and scrum master.
