We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to support daily accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. This role offers growth opportunities, a flexible schedule, and a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Assist in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accuracy Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts Prepare financial reports Manage Fixed Asset Accounting Support payroll processing and related tasks Assist with cash flow management and financial forecasting Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or relevant experience Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Details
