It hosts a comprehensive neonatal intensive care unit and a dedicated children's hospital with pediatric specialists. The surgical program is among the busiest robotic surgery programs in the region. The facility provides open-heart and interventional cardiology services and has been acknowledged for patient care and outcomes. The observation unit has 20 beds and is staffed by a mix of RNs, patient care technicians, and support staff. Patient ratios on the night shift are typically 1:6, with a possibility of stretching to 1:7. Telemetry, IV starts, and Foley insertion are common procedures performed in this setting.
