Experienced Financial Advisor We are seeking an experienced fee-only Financial Advisor based in Williamson County to proliferate their existing business within our premier financial services firm. This opportunity allows the advisor to work autonomously, aiming to achieve high client retention while exploring new client acquisition. The role also capitalizes on the extensive experience of our team and our competitive financial products and services. Salary:

Dependent on Experience per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitate a smooth transition for an existing book of business into our firm. Maintain and exceed a client retention rate of 60% or higher. Establish new client relationships through proactive outreach. Engage with all hot leads to maximize business growth opportunities. Identify potential business opportunities through networking and obtaining referrals. Demonstrate excellent follow-up skills with potential and existing clients. Deliver comprehensive financial planning services tailored to client needs. Actively communicate with clients to manage and exceed their service expectations. Promote the company’s array of wealth enhancement and planning services. Advocate for established investment strategies tailored to fit our target client base. Collaborate with other advisors and staff members, embracing a team-centric approach. Ensure compliance with all industry and company supervision guidelines and policies. Participate actively in meetings, training sessions, community events, and meet continuing education requirements. Adhere strictly to SEC regulations and other relevant laws, including consumer protection and anti-money laundering rules and procedures. Handle additional duties and roles as needed within the financial advisory landscape. Minimum Position Qualifications: Minimum three years of experience in financial planning or investment advisory roles. Active Series 65/66 licenses required. Must have an impeccable record with clean U-4 and U-5 histories. Strong foundational knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with E-Money financial planning software is necessary. An academic background with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree is strongly favored. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high net worth clients is highly desirable. The Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is preferred. Series 7 certification is preferred but not mandatory. Preference for candidates possessing Life & Health Insurance Licenses. Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Superior relationship management and business development abilities. Strong client service focus with an excellent attitude and commitment. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
