Senior Accountant
to join our growing team in
Dallas, TX! The Senior Accountant is responsible for all aspects of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, financial forecasting and budgeting, and account reconciliations. How You Will Contribute: Assist with Forecasting/Budgeting Journal Entries Assist with Month End Accounting Close of all financial systems Account Reconciliations Fluctuation Analysis Maintain Fixed Assets Prepare/review bank reconciliations Oversee AR and AP processes Manage Staff Accountants Assist with training and creating standardized procedures for regional offices Support regional team resource coordinator with TR and payroll processes Maintain security by following internal controls and segregation of duties Prepare audit documentation and interact with auditors Perform special projects for the Regional Controller and Finance Leader Licenses and Certifications: Valid Driver License Skills & Experience to Be Successful: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience Proficient with MS Office Suite Some insurance-related courses or industry knowledge Ability to maintain confidentiality This position requires routine or periodic travel, possibly using personal or rental vehicles.
