Loan Processor
. The Loan Processor will audit loan applications using the Loan Officer Checklist for completeness, collect missing information, and verify documentation to ensure compliance with
FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA guidelines . Responsibilities include obtaining and reviewing documentation, ordering credit reports, verifications, flood certifications, appraisals, titles, insurance, payoff statements, submitting files to underwriting, clearing conditions, and coordinating with the closing department for final documents and loan figures. Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred At least 3 years experience in mortgage processing, with extensive knowledge of
FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC
